⚙ Module Settings
Organization-wide settings for the competency module. Changes take effect immediately.
Show Employee Self-Ratings to Supervisors
When enabled, supervisors will see the employee's self-assessed proficiency levels while rating.
When disabled, self-ratings are hidden until the supervisor submits their own ratings. Default: Off.
Composite Score Weights
Configure how self-assessment, supervisor, and peer ratings are blended into a composite score
for leadership reporting. Weights must sum to 100%. Set a weight to 0 to exclude that rating type.
Total: 100%
Division Dashboard Anonymity Threshold
Minimum number of employees per group before data is shown on the Division Dashboard.
Lower values show more data but reduce privacy protection. Default: 5.

Each step defines a grade level in the progression. Use the optional series override for cross-series transitions (e.g., 0570 to 0301). Use the arrow buttons to reorder.

Rating Release Settings
Composite score weights are configured in the Settings tab and apply organization-wide.
Upload a CSV with columns: CompetencyId, Name, Type, Description, BasicIndicators, IntermediateIndicators, AdvancedIndicators, ExpertIndicators. Indicators are pipe-delimited (e.g. "ind1|ind2|ind3"). Existing competencies with the same ID will be updated.
