  • Position Profiles: Define position profiles by job series, grade, and division with mapped competency requirements
  • Competency Mappings: Link competencies to profiles with required proficiency levels and required/optional flags
  • Employee Roster: Manage employee records with bulk CSV upload; track linked vs. pending status for auto-provisioning
