👤 User Management
ℹ️ Valid roles: Admin, HR, Employee, Candidate, and Leadership. Admin, HR, and Leadership users are provisioned with an Entra account and receive a welcome email with passwordless login instructions. Candidates use secure test links (no Entra account) — manage them in Candidate Management. Employees are created via the Competency Admin → Employees tab with automatic Entra provisioning.

Create User — Opens the form to provision a new user account.
Edit — Opens the user form to modify details and role.
Deactivate / Activate — Toggles the user's access to the platform.
