NOTE:
Questions can be assigned to a booklet once it is created. Create a booklet, then click "Edit" in that booklet's card to add questions.

Page Actions Reference
Create Booklet — Opens the form to create a new interview booklet.
Default Scripts — Opens the editor for default interview scripts (opening, closing, probing).
Edit — Opens the booklet form to modify questions and settings.
Delete — Removes the booklet.
Add Questions — Opens the question selector to add questions to the booklet.
Save Booklet — Saves the booklet configuration and question order.
